CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 c. broth
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Layer 1 1/2 cups of stuffing mix in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour melted butter over it.

In separate dish mix chicken, mayonnaise and milk. Add sauteed celery and onion. Put on top of stuffing mixture. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake top with soup and remainder of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
