SALMON MOUSSE 
1 env. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. light cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped sweet pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. horseradish
1 lb. can salmon, drain and flake (you can use tuna, crab, shrimp, etc.)

Dissolve gelatin in water. Blend ingredients together. Add gelatin. Pour into mold. Chill several hours. Serves 6 to 8.
