TOFU SQUARES 
1 (14 to 16 oz.) firm tofu (dewatered)
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 med. garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. oil

Cut tofu into 1 inch squares. Combine remaining ingredients, except oil. Marinate tofu squares about one hour, turning after 30 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute tofu, turning pieces until browned on all sides. Serve with brown rice and remaining marinade.
