DANISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry dill
1 c. sour cream

Combine the first 9 ingredients. Form into balls. Bake on a rack for 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add flour, cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Add broth, salt and dill. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add sour cream.

Can be made ahead and frozen. Heat meatballs and sauce separately before serving.
