SPAGHETTI AND MEAT BALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 chopped onion

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomato juice
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 can water to rinse cans
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. basil
Paprika
Flour

Mix meatball ingredients well and shape into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls, roll in flour mixed with paprika. Brown both sides in oil. Pour off grease. Mix sauce ingredients and simmer with meatballs 45 minutes. Cook 1/3 to 1/2 pound thin spaghetti. Add to meatballs and sauce.
