FRESH BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. fresh blueberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; mix well. Simmer for 1 minute or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Pour into 2 quart casserole; keep warm.

Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in bowl. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Stir in milk. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot fruit. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with cream.
