PUMPKIN SQUARES | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 lb. can pumpkin 1 can evaporated milk 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and butter. Mix until crumbly with electric mixer. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spice mix. Mix well. Pour over crust and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine pecans, brown sugar and butter. Mix and crumble over top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Top with whipped cream. |
