HONEY/PINEAPPLE CHICKEN BREAST 
4 split chicken breasts
1 sm. can pineapple slices in juice
2 tsp. orange peel chunks
2 tbsp. honey

Pull skin from breasts. Place in shallow pan. Pour honey over each piece. Put pineapple slices on breasts. Pour juice from pineapple can over breasts. Sprinkle orange peel over entire pan. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove foil, bake another 1/2 hour.
