1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter

Melt above ingredients in double boiler.

4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. coco

Sift together in bowl. Combine 2 mixtures. Add 1 tablespoons vanilla. Add 3 cups chopped nuts. Put in 2 (9x13 inch) greased pans. Allow to set and cut. Makes 7 pounds. Freezes well.
