6 Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. almond extract

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sour cream
12 chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 section muffin pan with paper liners. Separate cookies; remove cream. Place one cookie half flat side up in each liner.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Beat in sour cream and almond. Spoon 1/4 cup batter into each liner. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes (leave oven on). Spread 1 tablespoon sour cream on top of each cake. Return cakes to oven and immediately turn off. After 10 minutes place one chocolate kiss in center of each cake. Let stand in open oven for 30 minutes more. Chill for at least 2 hours.
