CAROLYN HALL'S BAKED ASPARAGUS 
1 stick butter
1 c. Waverly crackers, crushed (reserve 1/2 of this for topping)
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can Pet milk
2 lg. cans asparagus, drained

Melt butter, stir in crushed crackers. Combine soup, milk and asparagus. Layer 1/2 soup mixture in greased casserole with layer of asparagus. Then put 2 large boiled eggs, sliced over this, then rest of soup mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
