HOT 3-BEAN SALAD 
3-4 slices bacon
3 cans beans (3 different types such as green, red kidney and wax)
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon, set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a large pan. Add bacon drippings, if desired. Simmer for 30 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon before serving.
