COLLEEN'S BUSTER BARS 
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. (or more) Spanish peanuts
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 can Carnation milk

Mix crushed cookies and 1/3 cup butter and put in z 9 x 13 pan. Cut ice cream into slabs and smooth onto top of cookie layer. Cover with peanuts. (Place in freezer.) Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Boil for 8 minutes. Cool. Spread over frozen mixture. Freeze. Enjoy!
