CHOCOLATY PEANUT BARS 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix
1 c. peanut butter, divided
1 egg
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake mix, 2/3 cup peanut butter and egg in large bowl at low speed with electric mixer until crumbly. Press firmly onto bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Beat cream cheese, milk, sugar and remaining 1/3 cup peanut butter in small bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Top with chips and peanuts. Bake 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
