FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
Juice of 1 lemon

Prepare Jello according to directions on package. Add lemon juice when partially set. 2 lg. bananas, diced 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows; add to partially set Jello. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until firm.

SAUCE FOR FROSTING JELLO:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and frost Jello mixture. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate until serving time.
