English muffins
Cheese approx. 1 lb.
1 can chopped ripe olives
1 med. onion, diced fine
Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Dash of Beau Monde

Grate cheese, add olives and onions and dash of Beau Monde. Mix well. Add enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to hold ingredients together. Spread a generous amount on split English muffin. Place under broiler and cook until cheese is bubbly and nicely browned. (Pam spray cookie sheet first).
