CAVATINI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. each 3 pastas, cooked, drained and tossed
1 (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella

Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is no longer pink and onion is clear. Add pepperoni just enough to heat through. drain and add spaghetti sauce; simmer approximately 5 minutes.

Pour half the cooked pasta into a lightly greased 3-quart casserole. Spoon on half the meat mixture. Spoon all the cottage cheese over sauce. Sprinkle half the Mozzarella over cottage cheese; repeat layers omitting cottage cheese and end with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
