SPINACH NOODLES 
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 pkg. spinach
4 lasagna noodles
1 can tomato sauce (16 oz.)
Onion
Cheese and spices

Steam spinach. Cook noodles. Mix spinach, cottage cheese and spices. Spread cottage cheese mixture on lasagna noodle 3/4 length of the noodle. Roll noodle and stand on end in casserole dish. Cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with onions and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until heated through and cheese is melted.
