1 stick butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) box of Crispix cereal
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter, chocolate and peanut butter. Pour cereal into large bowl. Slowly pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Gently fold mixture until cereal is coated. Take a medium size kitchen (trash) garbage bag and pour half of the confectioners' sugar into the bottom. Pour the bowl of cereal on top of the sugar. Cover with remaining sugar. Close bag and gently shake. Cool and place in airtight container.
