SESAME COOKIES 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable shortening
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
Sesame seeds

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in vegetable shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in eggs and milk; mix well. Shape dough into balls, 1 inch in diameter. Roll in sesame seeds. Place about 1/2 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 20 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
