WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
3 egg whites
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. cream, whipped
1 tsp. almond extract

Beat whites until stiff. Whip cream and fold into whites. Gradually fold in water to which flavoring has been added. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Fold into cream mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
