WARM CHIP BEEF DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. minced onions
4 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. chipped beef, chopped

Put in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Keep warm in chafing dish. Serve with chips.
