SALMON MACARONI SALAD 
1 c. macaroni
1 c. shredded salmon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pickle
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Mayonnaise dressing
Salt to taste
Pepper
Paprika
1 c. diced celery

Cook the macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain. Cover in cold water. Drain. Combine macaroni, salmon, lemon juice, onion, pickle and celery. Moisten with mayonnaise. Season to taste. Mix lightly with 2 forks. Chill 3-4 hours. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. 6 servings.
