WALNUT FUDGE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan.

2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl mix at medium speed; beat butter, sugar and eggs until mixture is light and fluffy.

3. Beat in chocolate and vanilla. At low speed blend in flour mixture. Fold in walnuts. Spread in pan. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into squares.
