RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE MERINGUES 
3 egg whites
1 1/2 oz. raspberry gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vinegar
6 oz. chocolate chips

Beat eggs until foamy. Add gelatin gradually, blending thoroughly. Add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time. Beat until peaks form. Beat in salt and vinegar. Fold in chocolate, reserving 2 tablespoons. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Garnish with chocolate. Bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees. Turn off heat and leave in oven 3 hours. Makes about 40.
