CORN AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. French cut green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. celery soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients except crackers. Pour into casserole dish. Spread crackers on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
