TACO DIP 
8 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
1 sm. jar El Paso taco sauce (I use 1 lg. picante sauce)
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Diced tomatoes

Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Add package of taco mix. Pour into a pie plate (may need 2). Spread thin layer of picante on top of mixture. Finish by topping with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes. I cook it 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Use nacho chips to dip.
