FLORENTINE TOMATOES 
8 thick tomato slices
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. seasoned dry crumbs
1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
3 eggs, lightly beaten
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. Parmesan
4 bacon strips
Salt and pepper

Cook, drain and chop spinach. Cook bacon until crisp, drain, and crumble. Place tomatoes in lightly greased 9x9 dish.

Combine bread crumbs, onions, eggs, butter, Parmesan, spinach, bacon, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
