SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 ham loaf
2 cans (18 oz.) sweet potatoes, drained
1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail or mixed fruits
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Take frozen ham loaf and put in large casserole dish. Arrange sweet potatoes around it. Drain fruit, saving juice. Add the remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil, stir in fruit. Spoon over ham loaf-sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until ham loaf is done.
