SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins (soak a while first)
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 c. thick sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar, raisins, nuts, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon together. Add slightly beaten egg yolks and sour cream. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
