TUNAWICHES 
1/2 loaf French bread
Spicy brown mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
1 c. shredded cheese (4 oz.)
Lettuce
1 med. cucumber, sliced thinly
1 med. tomato, cut thinly

Cut loaf of bread into halves; spread mustard over cut sides. Mix mayonnaise and tuna; spread on mustard. Top with cheese, lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Cut each bread half into thirds. Spoon mayonnaise onto each sandwich as desired.
