RYE BREAD 
3 c. hot water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
7 1/2 - 8 c. flour
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. Bran Buds or All Bran
1/2 c. dry milk
1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 pkgs. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
2 c. rye flour

Combine hot water, molasses, oil and bran cereal. Let stand. Add the rest of the ingredients. Makes 3 loaves; bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
