CRISPY CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
3 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved & pounded (1 1/2 lb.)
6 slices cooked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. corn flakes, coarsely crushed (1 1/2 c. crumbs)
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Top each chicken breast with 1 slice of ham and cheese. Roll up, secure with toothpicks. Dip in beaten egg. Coat with flake crumbs. Place chicken rolls in greased baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Makes 6 servings.
