VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD 
3/4 c. cholesterol-free mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Pasta Delights (Heritage House)

Stir first 7 ingredients together. Cook pasta delights according to directions (slightly less for crisper vegetables). Add to dressing. Toss. Cover, chill. Recipe easily doubled.
