APPLE SALAD 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (2 oz.) Blue cheese (to taste)
2 lg. red apples, cored and cut into cubes
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. salted cashews
Lettuce leaves

In small bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Crumble Blue cheese and add, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate until needed. In medium mixing bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes, and cashews. Toss with enough dressing to moisten or to taste. Serve on lettuce lined salad plates. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
