SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, thoroughly washed & dried
Fresh mushrooms, sliced as desired
Fresh bean sprouts, 1-2 handfuls
Crumbled bacon
2-3 hard cooked eggs, chopped or grated

Tear spinach leaves into bite size pieces, discarding stems. Place in large bowl with other ingredients. Toss with cooled dressing.

DRESSING:

2/3-3/4 c. salad oil
1/4-1/3 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, minced

Heat oil and vinegar, watching closely. Add sugar and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add Worcestershire sauce and onion. Allow dressing to cool. When cool, toss with salad ingredients.
