SPINACH - POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach 1 can cream of potato soup 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese Cook spinach and drain. Combine spinach with soup in a 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6. |
