FUDGE - NUT BALLS 
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut

In a heavy saucepan melt chocolate pieces and butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove form heat; cool to lukewarm. Pour into a mixing bowl. Beat in egg until smooth and glossy. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Stir in nuts. Chill for 1 hour. Shape chilled mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. Roll balls in coconut to coat. Chill balls at least 3 hours or until candies are firm.
