CRAN-APPLE COBBLER 
3 c. peeled, cored, sliced apples
2 c. chopped cranberries
3/4 c. corn syrup
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. nuts

Grease 8x8x2 baking dish. Place first 3 ingredients in prepared dish; toss to mix well. In bowl stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in softened butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in 400 degree oven 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with ice cream.
