TERIYAKI MEATBALLS 
SAUCE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1/2 tsp. ginger

MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten

Mix sauce ingredients; set aside. Combine meatball ingredients; mix well and form into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls.

Place meatballs in oven safe dish and cover with sauce. Marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning once.

To serve, place in cold oven set at 325 degrees. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.

Makes 40 meatballs.
