TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
4 c. Granny Smith apples
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. sugar
8 oz. pineapple crushed
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 egg

Cook thoroughly the sugar, pineapple, flour, vinegar, egg. Cool. Mix with apples and Cool Whip and 1/2 the nuts. Top with the other half of the peanuts.
