SESAME NOODLES 
4 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Chekiang or cider vinegar
2 tsp. hot pepper oil or 1 tsp. cayenne
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. scallion, minced

ALSO WILL NEED:

1 lb. pasta, cooked

Mix peanut butter with 4 tablespoons warm water to make a smooth thin sauce. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT scallions and garlic with the peanut butter. Add scallions and garlic before serving, serve in a gravy boat or toss directly with the noodles. If making in advance, keep the sauce separate until serving time. Serves 6-8.
