SKILLET MEAT LOAF 
1 env. brown gravy mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. (tomato juice) or water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt

Combine gravy mix and water in saucepan; bring to a boil. In large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and 1/4 of gravy. Shape into 2 (or more) loaves; brown in oil. Cover; cook about 20 minutes. Remove cover and spoon off excess fat. Add water (or tomato juice) to remaining gravy. Pour over meat. Cook 10 minutes uncovered.
