1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crush cookies and set aside. Mix butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese. In another bowl beat pudding and milk together. Fold in Cool Whip. Fold cheese mixture and pudding mixture together. Wash 3-quart flower pot or pail and line with aluminium foil. Then layer 1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding, 1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding, 1/3 cookies. Chill. Garnish pail with gummy worms or flower pot with silk or plastic flowers. Serves 10.
