SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-8 potatoes, parboil 20 minutes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. chopped green onion
Seasoned bread crumbs

Parboil potatoes - cube. Heat soup and melt 1/2 cup butter with soup. Stir into this the sour cream, cheese and green onions. Mix with potatoes. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
