SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH
MUSHROOMS
 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes

Combine the soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, pimento, salt, and potatoes and mix well. Pour in a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
