ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 tortillas, spread with butter
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 chopped green pepper

Brown beef. Add onions, pepper, tomato sauce and seasonings. Alternate layers of tortillas with meat sauce, olives and cheese. If heating in oven do so for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Add 1/2 cup water. If cooking in microwave no water is needed and heat for only 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
