SWEDISH APPLE DESSERT 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. apples, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Beat egg and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder. Add with vanilla and salt to the beaten egg. Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into greased 8-inch pie plate.

Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.

P.S. For sugar, you may use 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
