FROZEN CABBAGE 
3 heads cabbage
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 to 3 carrots
3 peppers
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
2 onions
1 tbsp. celery seed

Bring vinegar, sugar and water to boil to dissolve sugar. Completely cool. Use food processor, blender or grater to grate vegetables (if use blender be sure to drain well).

Mix celery seed to vegetable mixture. Put vegetables into serving size freezer containers. Pour liquid into vegetables, but not to measure above vegetables in container, freeze.

Remove container prior to mealtime to thaw, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise or salad dressing to taste.
