SHRIMP MOLD 
2 cans or 2 c. sm. shrimp
1 env. plain gelatin
3 tbsp. hot water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. green onions, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Heat 5 minutes cream of mushroom soup and add gelatin mixture. Cool 15 minutes. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Oil mold and remove after well set. Serve with crackers.
